Hark, hark the dogs do bark

The beggars are coming to town. This is the warning being made by the German Association of Cities in a report examining the negative impact of immigration from Romania and Bulgaria since 2006. During the intervening years, it is estimated that some 159,000 Romanian and 90,000 Bulgarian citizens have arrived in Germany, accompanied by what the Daily Telegraph describes as ‘a rise in organised crime’. What these figures fail to tease out of course is the percentage of these immigrants that happens to be Roma. Whereas many other Romanian and Bulgarian citizens will have upped sticks in search of legitimate employment, it would seem that this is not the preferred option for a very significant, if not a preponderant, element within the Roma.

Four German cities have been singled out as ‘struggling to cope’ with the influx: Berlin, Dortmund, Hamburg and Hanover. The immigrants generally do not speak German, are low skilled and place significant economic and social strains upon the receiving cities, leading to a situation in which  “The social balance and social peace is extremely endangered.” Depressing, yet refreshingly frank words and analysis. Why should Germany have to put up with this and bear these costs? Why should the UK have to allow a similar human ingress, following the removal of restrictions on immigration from Romania and Bulgaria on 1 January this year? Not one more unskilled labourer of any type is required, and we certainly need no more beggars. We are in the depths of a protracted recession, or more accurately, depression, and the arrival of such people can only serve to exacerbate existing problems and bring new ones. Migration Watch was right to caution that up to 70,000 per annum could arrive from these countries, and yet the Prime Minister ‘promises’ us an EU referendum in 2017 or 2018, thereby ensuring open borders until at least that date. What good is that?

Last year it was revealed that The Big Issue had been colluding in a scam allowing Roma immigration from Bulgaria and Romania by classing Roma Big Issue vendors as ‘self-employed’, leading in some parts of the country to them constituting 80% of all those selling the magazine. Alas, the courts adjudged this scam to be legitimate, and to be in full accord with the law. For most of us, this appears to be the straightforward abuse of a magazine that was purportedly established to help the homeless get back on their feet, and save enough money to gain accommodation of some sort.

For politicians however, the Roma issue is not big at all, but rather invisible. Criticise Roma criminality (‘culture’) and dark allusions will be made to a certain policy carried out on the continent some 70 years or so ago, yet look at the statistics and it is plain to see why so many Roma condemn themselves, or elect to follow, a life on the margins of society if not outright criminality. In Bulgaria for example, statistics from 2007 show that only between 60-77% of Roma children were enrolled in school education (ages 6-15) compared to 90-94% of ethnic Bulgarians, with only 6-12% of Roma enrolling in further education (16-19). If basic education is deliberately neglected to such an extent, how can the Bulgarian Roma hope for their children to find any form of legitimate employment when they become adults?

Official census data states that in 2001 Bulgaria was home to 370,908 Roma and Romania to 535,140 in 2002, so there would seem to be a large pool of prospective migrants. It will therefore be understandable that owing to the politically correct strictures of reporting in this country that ethnic Bulgarians and Romanians will be tearing their hair out in years to come, reading and viewing report after report, in which their good name is blackened thanks to a significant element within their Roma export.

There are many factors underpinning the massive surge in immigration over the past 16 years, and whereas the BBC and UKIP continually hammer away at highlighting the very large-scale influx from the EU, the former seeing it as a good thing the latter as a bad one, they both take care not to make negative comments regarding the even larger inward flow of population from outside of the EU, from countries such as Pakistan. Whether or not we agree with the policy, there are legitimate and illegitimate ways of gaining residence in the UK, and in recent years one of the primary illegitimate means of setting up home here has been via student visa scams, which have enabled tens of thousands people (possibly more), into the country. Sham marriages are another means of exploiting the law to obtain residency status that would otherwise have been denied, and a recent trial in Sheffield of individuals involved in a scam co-ordinated by UK passport-holding Pakistanis in Rotherham revealed that more than 60 applications for UK visas were based upon such marriages.

The composition of the gang involved in the Rotherham-based scam operation is interesting: the men were predominantly Pakistanis and the women a mix of Eastern Europeans (Czechs and Slovaks), Pakistani UK passport holders and white British. Looking at the pictures in the associated Daily Mail report, it seems almost certain that the ‘Eastern Europeans’ Kristina Popikova and Veronika Pohlodkova are Roma. Slovak Peter Pohodko also participated in the scam as a bogus groom, marrying a Pakistani woman. Whilst Rotherham was the main centre of this immigration racket, a number of Bradford residents were involved. The makeup of the individuals involved in this crime illustrates how an absence of any intrinsic ties to our country mean that they care not about its fate, and are quite willing to contribute to ongoing overpopulation, societal fragmentation and breakdown for relatively modest amounts of money. What does it matter to these recent Eastern European immigrants if England is transformed into something increasingly resembling Pakistan? They can, after all, always return to their home countries, and as readers know, those countries possess minuscule Muslim populations and are not threatened with cultural and societal dissolution through mass immigration.

Those possessing familial links with Pakistan involved in this scam should not have been sentenced to prison terms in this country, but should instead have had their property confiscated, their citizenship revoked and been sent back to their ancestral familial homeland with no right of readmission. This sort of crime can only be stopped if the consequences are suitably severe and fitting, for otherwise people will be tempted to flout the law to their personal gain and to society’s detriment.

"Here to do the jobs that British people won't do" are they? Tres amusant! It would now seem that they are also “here to sell the Big Issues that British homeless people won’t sell”, or so the owners of the magazine would have you believe. Astonishingly, it was revealed on Radio 4 earlier today that in some areas of the country 80% of Big Issue vendors are Roma immigrants from Romania or Bulgaria who, moreover, use this status as a scam to claim a number of benefits including housing benefit. Now, whereas I can understand that Romanians and Bulgarians must be delighted to be rid of them, I’m really not sure what benefit we gain from them being here. Well, I suppose that their presence adds to the ‘diversity’ of our grumbles and grievances, but other than that . . .

A spokeswoman for The Big Issue has stated:

"Anyone who is self employed or working is entitled to certain benefits, In the case of A2 nationals this is housing benefit and working family tax credits. Selling The Big Issue in the North is genuine self employment and we would defend anyone’s right to claim a benefit if they are legally entitled to it regardless of their race.

When Roma come to The Big Issue in the North they have few ways of earning an income and therefore securing and maintaining a roof over their and their families heads.

As a country we believe it is unacceptable for families to live in poverty – our benefits system supports this – and this support must reach every person and family which we allow to live and work here regardless of race."

Owing to indoctrination the poor woman is unable to disentangle the concepts of nationality, citizenship rights and obligations and racial ‘discrimination’. Don’t buy The Big Issue from Roma; we, sadly, have enough homeless people of our own.

Although the BBC loves to try and put an anti-European spin (i.e. anti-European as in anti-indigenous European not anti-EU) on stories connected to mass immigration, today it couldn’t quite writhe out of the fact that of the 371,000 current benefit claimants of foreign origin resident in the UK, the majority of them hailed from such countries as Pakistan, Somalia, Bangladesh, Iraq, Iran and India. Indeed, owing to this fact it was left to the Daily Telegraph to reveal their countries of origin, as for some reason the BBC came over all coy about discussing this matter: “258,000 were from outside the European Economic Area.” One suspects that given these countries of origin a goodly proportion of these claimants could well be Muslim ‘single’ mothers i.e. wife number two, three or four of bigamist Muslim males. They form a wonderfully ‘valuable’ complement to our long-term Roma visitors, little Pakistans and Nigerias etc that have sprouted across England in recent decades.

In practical terms, the Conservative Party will do nothing about mass immigration because in reality it likes it; its upper echelons actually couldn’t give a damn about the origins of those who live in the UK providing that they’re a productive little work unit whose labour can be harnessed by unscrupulous companies unwilling to pay a living wage. The immigrant labour that such companies employ is not so much here to “do the jobs that British people will not do” as to “do the jobs for which unscrupulous employers are unwilling to pay a living wage.” Yes, many immigrants from Poland, Lithuania and other post-Communist European countries are highly educated, work hard, are motivated and willing to work long hours for little money (Roma excepted from all of these observations of course), but the influx of this labour has had an overall effect of driving down wages to such an extent that nobody can hope to support a family on them, especially when taking into account the current state of the housing market and rental sector.

Young Poles and Lithuanians without family responsibilities may be willing to rough it for a few years, even going so far as to share rooms and a bed, but that is no way for anyone to live in the long term. Blame the globalist politicians and businesses and not our Polish cousins for this state of affairs. Moreover, although the EU has effectively made our borders thoroughly porous, it is predominantly non-European immigrants who create problems for our society, and most of those problems reported by the media as connected to ‘eastern European immigrants’ are actually connected to Roma. NUJ guidelines on race and religion however, cause reporting to be systematically distorted and this fact to be omitted.

All in all, what new does this story about 371,000 foreign-born benefits claimants tell us? After all, it is just one in a seemingly endless stream of stories all reinforcing the message regarding the ongoing dispossession of the native British and English. The story duly ran in The Telegraph and The Guardian with predictable emphases, with the latter of course claiming that this was really rather a small number of people and that all immigrants are lovely, vibrant and enriching. Thus ends another day in the asylum that is the contemporary United Kingdom. What difference will today's 'revelation' make? Not much. A couple of opportunistic Tories will make some populist noises in an effort to curry favour with voters disgruntled with the open-door mass immigration policy, but they will possess neither the will nor the power to do anything about it. Voters will thus be duped and continue to vote for a party that in reality has no intention of changing policy in this area.

Eiffel Tower Terror Attack Thwarted?

Today the French Senate ratified the ban on face veils passed by the National Assembly in July. A few hours later at 9pm local time the Eiffel Tower and surrounding area were evacuated following a bomb alert. Some 2,000 people left the Tower itself and a further 25,000 vacated its immediate vicinity. The BBC notes that France has been on a heightened state of alert since 2 August following threats from a Maghrebian branch of al-Qaeda, but for some reason its report makes no reference to the ratification of the veil ban. This is the second time this year that the Eiffel Tower has been associated with an Islamist terror plot, for back in June it was reported that plans for an attack using a helicopter and poison gas had been uncovered. The ban itself, notes the Daily Mail, was passed by a huge majority of 246 votes to one in the Senate. There were however, a small number of abstentions.

Hopefully, should a bomb be present the French police will manage to defuse it and no harm will come to anyone or to this iconic Parisian symbol. Once again the threat of Islamist terror has made itself felt in the non-Muslim world, just a little over a week after a coalition of French secularist groups staged a series of anti-Islamisation protests under the banner of the Grand Apéritif Républicain to commemorate the 140th anniversary of the foundation of the French Third Republic. These demonstrations led to the issuing of a Facebook Fatwa against their organiser Christine Tasin, which soon demonstrated its ugly reality through a number of death threats including one from the utterly inappropriately named black Islamo-French rapper ‘Cortex’.

In France, Germany, Holland, the UK, Denmark, and many other European countries, the presence of the Muslim minority is having a disproportionately influential and negative impact upon the lives and liberties of their respective citizenries. We are however beginning to see the crystallisation of popular resistance to Islamisation and a groping towards its political articulation. This process of native European reassertion is most advanced in Holland, but recent headlines connected to the Thilo Sarrazin affair and the creation of Die Freiheit indicate that a similar dynamic is now at play in Germany. In France, this reassertion possesses a secular guise, but is not as yet as powerfully developed as in the two aforementioned countries. In the UK, none of the mainstream parties will acknowledge the issue let alone class it as a problem, and none of the smaller parties are currently in a fit state to provide a viable platform for popular mobilisation, hence the growth of the EDL.

We must watch closely and observe if France manages to successfully assert its sovereign right to determine how it deals with undesirable immigrants following its censure today by the EU Commission for its recent deportation of parasitic Roma elements. France and the other nations within the EU must reassert their sovereignty and cast off the anti-European stranglehold of Brussels. I am pro-European, but anti-EU. That distinction is important. The Islamisation of France and the rest of Europe can only be defeated if we dismantle the anti-European and anti-democratic superstate called the EU. Only once this is achieved, will our peoples truly be free again.

Belfast: Roma not Romanians

Well, the truth is out. It transpires that the “Romanians” reported as having been attacked in Belfast in recent days are something very different: Roma, or gypsies as we have traditionally known them. The omission of their ethnic identity from initial reports is significant, for the presence of a large group of Roma would (owing to their negative cultural traditions, if they may be euphemistically termed as such) excite rather more discontent than a similarly-sized group of Romanians. Whereas the latter would in all likelihood fall into the category of employment-seeking migrants, the former most probably would not, if we exclude the traditional ‘occupations’ in which Roma specialise. Most Romanians themselves would not feel very happy about being confused with Roma.

The anger amongst local Belfast people may therefore have very tangible and justifiable roots if a number of these Roma have been engaging in their traditional ‘occupations’. This does not of course justify the use of violence against the Roma incomers, but it does go a long way to explaining why it has arisen. As James Delingpole in the Telegraph notes, this is typical of the misleading politically correct reporting that has long brought the BBC into disrepute. The ethnic rather than the civic (I use this term in the most formal of senses with respect to the Roma of course, for it is difficult to think of an ethnic group less respectful of the wider societies in which they reside) identity of these people is likely to be central to the significance of this story, and should therefore have been highlighted from the outset.
